Dandyful provides refurbishing and upcycling solutions to businesses and individuals. When you place an order using our trade-in form, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send your items to us. Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and send you a payment via your preferred method.

We'll let our real customers answer for us. We have the privilege of serving businesses and individuals alike, processing thousands of items!

Yes. Updates are provided during every step of the process. You will receive an email when your order is received, when we see it has shipped, when it is in inspection, and when payment is issued. Additionally, you can opt in for updates via text when placing an order.

Order status is communicated via periodical emails. You can also check your status via SMS if you opt in to texts during order placement.

We refurbish and upcycle electronics to give them a second life. Many electronics will also be used for donor parts to facilitate the refurbishment of as many devices as possible. We recycle electronics that are beyond repair. It is our mission to keep as many electronic devices as possible out of landfills.

Very. We are quite efficient (we process almost all items in just 24 hours from receipt), and we utilize market insights and industry connections to give you a much better offer than our competitors.

If we have an issue during inspection with one of your items, we will send it back to you free of charge, or offer a recycle quote.

Used: Your item is in good working condition with no major cosmetic damage. It may have minor scratches or dings. Accessories may or may not be included. The original box is not included.

Brand New Sealed: Your item is brand new and sealed in its original box. The box has never been opened. All original parts and/or accessories are included.

We greatly appreciate original accessories and packaging, but they are not required. If you have them, please include them with your items. If you don't, no worries! We will still accept your items.

Any shipping box(es) that fit all of your items will work! If you don't have a box, we can provide a box for a small additional cost.

Yes! All Dandyful packages are insured for damage or loss that arises during transit. Please note that carrier insurance covers loss and damage as a result of carrier negligence. It does not cover loss or damage due to improper packaging, or loss or damage of items that are prohibited by the carrier. If you are unsure about the adequacy of your packing, please see our packing guide. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

When you ship your order, you will be given an estimated delivery date. This is the date that your package is expected to arrive at our facility. Usually, the delivery date is 3 - 5 business days out from the date you placed your order. Once your package arrives, we will send you an email to let you know it has arrived. You will receive another email when your order is in inspection, and another when payment is issued. If you have opted in for text updates, you will receive these updates via text as well.

You can use the label like normal. The shipping carrier will bill us for the difference.
Payment

Our 24 hour payment guarantee means payment is issued within 24 hours of inspection completion. You will receive an email when payment is issued. If we do not pay you within 24 hours (excluding issues with your order as outlined in our Terms and Conditions), we will pay you an addition 10%!

Currently, payment is issued via PayPal, or Zelle upon request. We are working on adding more payment methods soon!

We process payments in the way that is most convenient for you. Very rarely, payment issues can occur. Enter the wrong payment email? Accidentally choose the wrong payout method? Receive an unexpected amount? Don't hesitate to reach out at support@dandyful.com! We will do our best to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

As long as your items are described accurately, your offer is locked in and won't change for any reason! Should there happen to be a difference in condition or item (say, a different CPU received than described) we will notify you about the change immediately. You have the choice to accept the revised offer, or have the item(s) sent back to you free of charge.

Offers from our proprietary trade-in form take into account second-hand reliability, competitor offers, and expected item condition to create the most competitive offer possible. Offers from our bulk and business form are curated by our quotes team, and take into account similar factors.

We do our best to reuse and refurbish as many items as possible. Most electronics will find new life in the hands of someone else. If we are unable to refurbish an item, we will recycle it responsibly. It is our mission to keep as many electronic devices as possible out of landfills.
